Touch Up Tuesday: Whimsy

Edit: This was a tattoo photo manipulation customer from my shop, The Paper Mama Shop. The bride said to go crazy and just tattoo her up! She liked nautical and bird tat's. So, I gave them to her. Along with "Dillon" on her arm (her hubby's name). I LOVE doing these photo edits. Love it.
